Delete your TacticLock leaderboard account

TacticLock has no sign-in to use the app. An account exists only if you joined the optional leaderboard: an anonymous ID with the nickname you chose, your optional country flag, your puzzle rating and streak, and the points from puzzles you finished. If you signed in with Google to keep your progress, the account also holds your Google email address and Google account ID.

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open TacticLock.
2. Go to Settings → Leaderboard.
3. Tap Leave and delete my data, then Leave and delete.

Your account and every score are deleted from our server right away. Nothing is kept on your phone either. Your puzzles, streak and locks on the phone stay as they are.

No longer have the app?

Email support@tacticlock.com with the subject "Delete my leaderboard account" and your leaderboard nickname. We delete the account and all its scores within 30 days and reply when it's done. We may ask one question to make sure the nickname is yours (for example, your country flag or roughly when you joined).

What is deleted

• Your anonymous account ID
• If you signed in with Google: your email address and the link to your Google account
• Your nickname and country flag
• Your rating, streak and all puzzle results and points
• Names you hid and reports you made

What we keep

Nothing from the leaderboard. Purchase records for TacticLock Pro are held by Google Play and our purchase provider RevenueCat; to delete those, email us your Google Play order ID.
